In leu of all the posts about writing letters to MP's etc, which we have done ourselves, we have come to the conclusion that the DECC claim that they are acting in the interests of consumer protection, is in escence exactly opposite to the effect which it is going to acheive.
This is an area that I beleive can be exploited to show the public that they are in effect the ones being denied opportunities, as a result my business partner has written to the consumer focus group to explain the discrepancies in the DECC statements. (he did quite a bit of research)
