This is all new electrical, in a house that was stripped down to the studs.

I am using the following vent/fan/light combo: (It requires power ran directly to it so that the fan can turn on on its own if the bulbs get too hot)
Amazon.com - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VTSN0E

And would like to use this fan switch: (It requires power to run the timer)
Amazon.com - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GY5MT95

Can these be used together? If so, are there and wiring diagrams you can point me to?

Thanks

(Except everything is going to separate switches instead of Broan's 3 in 1)

Fan switch I'd like to use wiring:

I was dubious that what you asked was possible, but now you've posted the wiring diagram, I think it might be - no promises, you would need to find out yourself and accept the consequences of experimentation.
There's a permanent live feed to the fan/light (black, ends up yellow at the fan), which hopefully services the 'fan on for hot bulb' function. So if you feed the lowest "vent extraction" live wire (red/blue?) at the old 3-function switch instead from your speed controller brown wire, (with all the other connections to the new fan switch taken care of - live, neutral, earth etc.), that might work.
I have no idea if the fan speed controller you show will work with that fan.
Also no idea what might happen if the "fan on when bulb hot" comes on and possibly feeds mains live into the output of the speed controller. Maybe nothing. Maybe speed controller dies!
If you could get tech. support from the manufacturer of the fan, you might get some idea if the speed controller is compatible, but finding an engineer to talk to could be difficult!

Interesting bit of info from another forum:

Broan gets a little confusing.... don't know your model.... but I do remember a broan I put in gave a manufacturers wire diagram, but did not disclose their hidden wiring (not to altered by installer).

It had two fans.... an exhaust fan, but also a fan that cooled the lamps and blew heat down into the bathroom.

The heat fan went on with either of the light bulbs on, but went off if the exhaust fan was on.... or something like that.... I just remember it being very confusing because there was further internal wiring that was not made clear on their diagram.

So, reading the Amazon reviews, tons of people have used timers with these just fine. The problem is I'm very visual and need a diagram.

Ideal set up: Heat lamp and fan on timers in 2 gang box, Light would be with vanity light in different 2 gang box.
Can anyone help with a diagram? I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

There's a forum policy here to not give 'step by step' instructions, so I'm afraid many of us are reluctant to do as you ask.
And to be frank, I don't feel there is enough detailed technical information available from the manufacturers (eg circuit diagram of the fan unit) to be able to give a reliable safe solution.

as mentioned by Westward a link is the way forward, nothing wrong with that and the pull cord will then be the on off switch.
