Is there anything preventing us from using these type of RCDs for a 55-0-55 circuit?

the picture shows the original set up.

OP perhaps you can clarify. Are you proposing to use the RCD to replace the Vigi residual tripping actuator but leave the original DP MCB in service, or what?
 
I suppose my question wasn’t clearly explained sorry for my mistake. The question I really wanted to ask is really other than the fact the RCD in the photo is mechanical interlocked with the D1 breaker would the RCD function for a 55-0-55 supply. I know normally we’d L-230v
N-0v Also am I being silly here but if you could get a RCBO that size could that be fitted? Also what is the reason for this kind of set up overload protection and additional protection?
