UTR Confusion

Hey Guys my name is Lee Kerr have recently returned to Uk from australia after a few months ball ache i am about to start work for a friend of mine who has lots of work coming on i met him today asked a few questions and he's told me to get a UTR number does anyone know how i would go about doing this and by any chance does any one have a cheap van and the cheapest place to get business insurance from.

go to HMRC website. info there on how to get UTR from them. for insurance, simply business are reasonably priced. PL is under £100/year. as fo a van, try ebay and local private sales.

If you know your NI number then getting a UTR should be a formality.

If you are going to be SE don't forget to pay your class 2 NI's and save for your Class 4 and tax!

Gumtree is a good place to look for a van, it's local, to you.
