Hey,

I currently seek some information such as a wiring diagram. The heating system is a 2 zone valves, with a thermostat (battery operated) upstairs and downstairs.

The plumbers changed the controllers that Vaillant first supplied as they were costing around ÂŁ150+ each, so they changed to 2 battery operated programmers. Doing this has kind of left the Schematic drawings given by Vaillant void, seen as they are based around there particular LV programmers (Ebus) and a V65 controllers box which also has the Ebus.

I seek a wiring diagram that can help me fill my wiring centre!

The house is currently in 2nd fix phase, and I want to make sure I have all the correct cables, as if it needs more, it will be a messy job putting it in.

I have a 5c heat resistent cable from the boiler to the wiring centre, 1x 3core from each the thermostats, and 1mm T+E directly from the fused spur.

Thanks in advance.

Oh brilliant, well I will get the information tomorrow, also I will get the number of conductors that is pre-wired on each Valve

Hey Lee, these are the products that the plumber have for the heating system. The code on the stat is an "ESRTP4 programmable room thermostat, Energy Saving Innovative Controls Limited".

Thank you for doing that for me Lee, I do hope one day I can do these myself! Will be going to connect this up tomorrow! Once meter outside is fitted by E-ON I shall tell you how it goes when its all fired up :)

no probs mate remember to connect it to RT on terminal X1 in boiler as this is the 230V switched live but you also have to remove the bridge link between 24V=RT as the boiler will constantly fire up. let us know how you get on ;)
