Van finance

Evening,
Any of you guys guve me any hints or tips on financing a van foe my newly formed ltd company
Looking to get a small panel van (up to connect size), not too keen on leasing (milage limits put me off)

bank loan is far cheaper than finance companies rates. if you can get one.

Got mine through these guys: Van Brands Direct - Commercial Vehicles Sales, Van Sales, New Vans, Van Deals, MERCEDES SPRINTER, FORD TRANSIT,VAUXHALL VIVARO I had to personally quarantee the loan though, as the new Co had no credit history

You are wise to avoid leasing, mileage constraints or expectations can lead to unexpected costs at the end or worse over payments during the agreement.

Telectrix is spot on when he suggests the simplest way forward (and most flexible) would be a personal loan

I strongly suggest you talk to your accountant first, particularly if your Limited Company is VAT registered.

unless of course you can get a van on 0% finance.

Just to let you know vauxhall are doing 0% on their vehicles you choose the deposit and also whether you want the finance over 3 or 5 years.
I think this also covers the commercial range too.

Thanks for the replies, looked at an 07 reg vauxhall combo today, anyone had any experience of these? Good and bad feedback please
