VAT rate. 5 or 20%

We installed a 3kW recently. Commissioned on 20/3/13. The client is now wanting us to install an Immersun. Can anyone confirm if we should be charging 5 05 20% VAT on this. Thanks

I charge 5%, but you have to make your own decision. Mine is based on here:
HM Revenue & Customs: Paying reduced rate VAT on energy-saving materials
and it falling into the category of "controls for central heating and hot water systems".
