Hi just wondering if i fit a supply cable from a garage to a outbuilding for sockets and lighting, and have say a 10 metre run internal and 10 metre run external respectively they are both 2.5mm and the vd is to high for the lighting circuit. is it ok just to make the outside cable bigger to 4mm so vd has dropped overall. or would i have to increase both cables.

Thanks
