It's a simple question. Velux 3LR A02 WW wont turn on

So I have two Velux 3LR A02 WW to sort out - I've tried with the USB Ports and the battery and they will show flash of life but nothing is loading - expecting the Velux loading screen but just black and flash of white then black.

So I assumed propably a firmware or the electric issue - I've took to voluntary repair cafe for voluntary electrician to have a look at and he was confused why there is the issues with the two remote pads with the same problem.

Im hoping someone would know what the issue to make this happening and how to resolve this.

Any suggestion for me to try? Or should i post it in the computer forum as it's basically like small computer in the remote control pad.

Hi, did you resolve this issue please? If so, how? I have the exact same problem.
