Hi,

I am just thinking about selling my Veto Pro Pac OT-XXL and replacing it with two Veto Pro Pac OT-LC bags instead as when its full its quite a weight and think for me it would be more practical to have two smaller bags.

Just wondering if anyone would potentially be interested, its in excellent condition, ive only had it a few months and not had much use out of it, its exceptionally good condition and still within its 5 year warranty.

I have seen that! Let me think how much, failing that make me an offer, I don't really know yet, but just thinking out loud. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, just fancy something a little smaller.

Obviously If interested ill supply photos etc.

How about the xl? Its a better size.

Well a new one is £200 and it's in tip top condition so I'll post some pics probably tomorrow night then make me an offer based on what you think.

I was thinking about getting either two OT-XL or two of the OT-LC, just need to think which way it will fit best, these bags are amazing and am very pleased with it, but just feel its too big for me and when full it can be weighty.

Thats why I went with the xf-xxlf

Got mine for £170 ish brand new from shop.

The ot one costs too much imho.

Filled mine though XD is heavier than my suitcase was when I last went abroad.

You idiots will actuall pay £200 for a £30 to £40 tool bag just because it has a designer name to it. They must see you lot coming a mile off!! lol!!

Never used one, have you, E54?

I have one of the smaller Veto bags for my general tools. It's nearly 10 years old and looks like new, apart from being a bit dusty. On the other hand, I'm on my second CK technician's tool case (not a 'cheap' bag in itself) for my electrical tools.

If you pick the right one for you, their tool organisation is superb. Only thing wrong with the Veto bags is their weight.

In the end, it's personal choice. Do you want to pay more for something that's going to last longer?

No i haven't used one, and there is no way anyone would get me to part with £100 let alone £200 for ANY tool bag either!!

Well i've had a leather bag, that was issued to me as an apprentice, nothing very special about it at all. It wasn't new when it was handed to me, and it's still basically in the same condition to this day. You don't need to spend a £100 or £200 to purchase a tool bag that is going to last 10 years or so. In fact your a bloody idiot if you do spend that kind of money on a bloody tool bag!!
