Hi I currently own a couple of the XL zipped models and have just ordered a XXL-F as I am hoping to put my combi and driver in it to save carrying multiple bags. However I am now unsure whether I should have gone for the open top version.

I know a few of you on here have one, can you tell me if it would be possible to fit a combi drill and a small 10.8v driver in one side?? I am really hoping to fit my 36V bosch SDS but would be happy with the 18v Lithium.

Does anyone have the zipped one???

Cheers Guys

I reckon your going to struggle to get a 36v in the zipped version, probably a combi though. Still swear by the open bags myself :D

I love the idea of the open bags but unfortunately do a lot of site work and am worried that it will be an invitation to borrow my gear, last time a joiner borrowed my insulated driver to open a tin of filler I had to break his finger (literally) :D

Thanks for the reply mate

had it a couple of times when people have "borrowed" stuff and it comes back blunt, broken or just disappears, they still haven't twigged where alot of their tools ended up. some lucky home owner is going to find a lovely stash of tools down their cavity or under the floor ;)

I like this.

The best one still has to be putting a couple of screws through their drill driver case into a plank or desk underneath then closing it again ;)
