Video door phone different brand compatibility (novice question)

and tempted to buy a couple of video indoor units like these for instance Videocitofono bifamiliare a colori on eBay (end time 17-Apr-11 13:56:29 BST)

Will the outdoor unit work with the two inside units despite being a different brand?

I don't think you'll find anyone will be able to tell you from the info you've given. Contact the manufacturer and ask. It will depend on so many variables: connection type (wired/wireless), bandwidth, protocol, video formats (camera/monitor) to name but a few.
