Anyone have any experience on this? Went to it today to find the em glass was bust on the entry door set up.changed the bg to get it working or so I thought.turns out the boys prox tag is not reading, tried 3 other tags and got one out of three.turns out ther is an access code to get into the set up.obviously whoever put it in has rode of into the sunset with any info on the system.tried the videx website but I can't see if ther is a way to bypass the code to set up the 3 tags I have?
