Hi,
I've a customer who has a problem with his light fitting? I haven't been around to look at it but he has explained a few details over the phone so gonna point them out and see if you can help/advise me?

Basically he's changed over a standard pendant for a 4-way LED strip light, says luminaries are 1 watt each. Has 2 way switching to the fitting but no dimmers attached (although plenty of dimmers throughout the house).

Goes to switch off the new fitting but the lamps don't fully switch off? Unnoticeable during the day as plenty of natural light coming in but throughout the night they notice fitting stays on very very slightly? They don't flicker or go out after a certain amount of time, still on in the morning and throughout the day?

Also says he's taken fitting off and put volt lead tester on the supply and see's the voltage rise and fall continuously? Like the volt tester reaches 230 then discharges somewhere?
Haven't been around to check supply type etc so not sure what setup they have.

Any help or advice much appreciated and thanks in advance..
