Wagobox under insulation

As above, should be fine as long as you can get to it and long as your cable is rated for the insulation (i see your using 1.5 so should be ok)
 
as they are classed as non maintanance (wago box) not too worried about them beeing accessable, but they are located in the loft space, my main concern was the loft insulation

The debate about them being recognised as non maint is still open TBH (but I think they should be ;)). As for the fire risk, you'd need to assess it. IMHO it wouldn't be an issue unless the circuit is near its maximum loading and with 1.5mm cable that's most unlikely. Overheating would most likely be down to poor joining of cables and you'd get a very good connection with a properly used wago.
