Wall mount tap

View the thread, titled "Wall mount tap" which is posted in Plumbers Forums on Electricians Forums.

I'm not a plumber but been sent this photo by a customer, tap is dripping. Is there a single ceramic cartridge in the main body ? If so will there be a grub at the back to get top off ?
Any advice appreciated thanks.
