It replaced the 2391 which was closed book. Can't imagine its open book. Otherwise its a lesson in "how to use an index"
Eal is another training provider like city and guilds
A lot of places dont recognise eal though as city and guilds have been around a long time.
I got 6/7 city and guilds certs XD not all in electrical though
