Hi guys. I got ask the other day after i finish a job if i did an exstended warranty, which I don't. I only give a 12 month one, but it's got me thinking about having one. I was just woundering what your guy's ideas was on this subject. Or if you provide one at all and if so how's it working out

Hi Shagg, I'm with Elecsa and we are told by them to offer information of extended warrantty to our customers through ECIC. In four months of being with Elecsa no-one has yet taken up the warranty as far as I know.

Im with NIC and every job we notify under Prat P comes with a 6 year warranty and costs just £1.50p.

At least it gives the customers piece of mind to know its there
