Currently working on a job there is a 10mm to the gas meter and a 10mm to the cold water feed at the boiler. The stop tap is under the kitchen sink and the boiler is in another downstairs room.
Can i certificate this and say the bonding has been done to the water? i know its supposed to be within 600mm of the stop tap before any branches but is there any way around this?
its a new kitchen and i dont want to rip it apart trying to run a new 10mm to the stop tap.
what are the exact rules on this?
it's a 17th edition board dual rcd.

checked continuity to the stop tap there is none lol, spoke to the plumber whos sorting the boiler out he says its plastic after the stop tap before the boiler so thats probably why, i've put a note on the cert, continuity at the boiler is 0.02 so thats allrite, gas is fine 0.02 again so looks like its staying that way.
