I just read an article in the Daily Mail on the weather today; judging by the comments it has everything to do with politics and the economy.

A whale was spotted off the coast of Cornwall and people started moaning that Scotland and the north are in Britain as well but it wasn't warm and sunny up there. Presumably it's because the Tories are in power. Propaganda to boost property prices in London and the south east:

News just in: Daily Mail declares whale to be asylum-seeking illegal immigrant come over here to take our jobs, demand a council flat, sponge off welfare and get free blowhole replacement on NHS.

I'm hoping for a good Wednesday meself for a 23 mile hike from Ladybower over Bleaklow and down into Hadfield and Bargain Booze before I hit the railway station.

I'm hoping it isn't raining tomorrow when I go out for my blood test ad the docs.

And it had better be warm and sunny on Thursday when the ambulance comes to take me for ANOTHER scan at the horsepickle!!
