Hi Guys

I would just like some advice if possible, having gained C&G 2365 level 3 last year which covered initial verification, inspection and testing, fault finding, rcd testing, earth fault loop impedance, protective bonding ect ect and having this written on the official certificates. would i be miss leading a potential employer who hire out welfare cabins if i stated that i was competent to carry out periodic test and inspections of the circuits in the cabins?

Thanks for your help

Do you feel competent to carry out these tasks?
Do you think you have the required level of skill and experience?
Can you prove this by reference to previous jobs?

Having not done it since last year i would probably be a little rusty but would reference back to ensure i was carrying out the correct methods and procedures, Skill and Experience, in installation yes, in periodic testing not really, but how do you ever get experience if you never get the opportunity to do it.

I would be honest with the guy i tell him i had little experience and they may be willing to put me with someone until im clued up i just didnt want to say yes i have the qualification to do what your asking and then find out im actually not.

Thanks for the reply Trev

Only you know that, but there isn't really much to a cabin is there

Especially when it has no supply to it sat in the hirers yard.
