Dont form a queue for the returned tickets, there aint any:cool4:. I wont be sad after the game either, we did do well to get there. i didnt expect us to get past Arsenal, but i did fancy our chances against Villa. Swansea are a different proposition in my opinion, they play a similar style to us, but with better players and they are better at it, but when i watched them against Sunderland last week, i didnt see anything that has me worried.

They seem to lack ideas in the box, and are not brilliant at set pieces, we are strong in both of those areas, but i am also aware that the Swans dont score too many, but then they dont let many in either.

It will be a very tight game, and the pressure is all on Swansea, i will go for 1-1 at 90 minutes, 2-2 after extra time, and we will win on penalties, we are the penalty shoot out champions of the world.

But whatever the outcome, it is nice for 2 unfashionable teams to be in it and in the world spotlight, and a fantastic day out for both sets of supporters and one that neither of us will probably ever experience again at this level. It is my first visit to the new wembley, and i am getting giddy, i only visited the old one once, that was in 96 when we went to the play off final and beat Notts County.

Cheers...........Howard

some advice please about EAL

Hi I came across a post on here today about the difference between EAL an C&G that you spoke to some one about and thought I would ask you for some advice
I today have started an apprenticeship as an electrician, last year I completed the EAL L2 electrical & electronic engineering diploma and am nearly finished the EAL L3 certificate, what I was wondering is would this contribute to my apprenticeship or would I need to re do all the city & guild qualifications I have tried to get information even from my college but am still confused, if it does contribute what course would I need next as If possible I don't want to start again and waste the last 18 months, any information would help and I hope you don't mind me emailing you.

I havent had an email from you, but PM me.

Good Luck M8, I hope they win, after the results in the earlier rounds IMO they deserve it, shame you haven't got a decent rugby union team like Gloucester near you though :earmuffs:

sorry boys. i have less interest in football ( sorry soccer. proper football is rugby union , wales for the six nations.) than in knitting. but may the best team win.

Cheers mate, I'm not a rugby fan as such, but everyone around here seems to follow league, to be honest i don't know the difference. I can understand you following rugby, with the likes of Bath, Exeter etc not so far away, as for football i dont see Cheltenham having much appeal.

Cheers..........Howard

will actually watch this, makes a change to watch a final without a big club in the final.want the bantams to win.good luck enjoy the day.

So does Santa Clause, but even he can't stretch his wish powers that far

Both teams deserve respect for just getting there, they may be unfashionable teams, but never forget the top boys tried and failed to do what Swansea and Bradford have done

I hope its a fun day for all who attend, sob sob
I will be watching the Swans winning on the telly, thats after celebrating sorting the Italians out in the ultimate glory trail

Not been either mate... Family had a ticket for me to see the opening game (under 21s I think) at the new stadium but couldn't go because of work...

I'm afraid I'm going to be banging the drum for Bradford at the weekend... Always like to see the underdog come out on top (I'm a Hull City fan!)

Then you must be a happy chappie because they have hit some cracking form at just the right time and will most likely be playing the Swans next term.perhaps instead of Cardiff

However,it has now been noted that Hull supporters are all cheering for the opposition,so your payback will take place twice next season

I won't be a properly happy chappie until the end of the season mate! Too used to things going wrong!

Actually, not even sure I want us to be back in the premiership!

The last time Hull dipped their toes in the big league, the relegation that followed could have gone the Portsmoth way or just kicked the stuffing out of them like Birmingham and the likes

Hull survived and will have learnt from the first venture, they will be better prepared next time which may very well be next season
It's a shame about what will happen to their ticket prices but it still has to be worth the leap
Getting out of the championship is harder than a team trying to win the premiership and if they succeed,I bet you will be glad they did so
