last year i got a set of Wera kraftform plus drivers, been spot on except for the pozi 1 snapped about a week after I got the set trying to get a screw out of a light casing I snapped the tip off, and then this year I got a set of plus/minus drivers, the smaller one has snapped already after about 2 weeks! was tightening up an earth in the earth bar of a wylex CU (if it had been a BG CU like normal the thread would have just stripped out instead!)

i have a CK pozi 1 that is 3 years old, and come to think of it i've never snapped a screwdriver tip, so why have 2 similar sized wera ones been useless?

anybody had similar probs?

Yes , the same problem. I went to the local wholesaler an all they stocked was CK , so I bought one to get me away , Could'nt fault it , so I bought a set . Wera are ok but unforgiving.

I've had probs with the wera pozi 2 now you mention it, snapped 2 in as many months, ripped the tip right off. Maybe they have a manufacturing defect ?

Just a wee bit to hard . I use the screwdriver bits, they are fine. The small Wera terminal drivers did'nt last long either.

the pozi 2 has took some abuse and i haven't snapped that off yet. It's a shame they snap off, the rest of the set is still in very good condition, the tips are all still very sharp and square, most other drivers round off eventually

Must admit they are a comfortable driver. The drill driver bits are very good.
