What are these 2 wires for I have to connect a mirror but there is 2 wires coming out of the wall and only one white wire.

What do you mean there’s only 1 white wire? I cannot see a white wire…

sorry i did not explain it correctly there is a white wire in the mirror. There was nothing there before.

How do i test them? maybe its best i get an electrician, but after the storm they are very hard to get.

Yes I think that would be best, you need voltage indicators at the minimum and some experience to know what cables doing what
