we have had an electrician wire 4 cat 6 points into every room of a house we are redeveloping. all of the cabling goes to a central point under the stairs and is not connected to anything, but it is second fixed at the other end to cat 6 points.

i was wondering what systems or cabinets I can get, for someone to come into the property and install a panel for all of these points to go into, like a central hub! we will also be asking a bt engineer to run a telephone point under the stairs as well, do you know if we can then link the bt point via this hub to get a phone line in every room via the pre-installed cat 6? in total there are 28 cat 6 points across the rooms.

Any advice

Maybe one of these will suit your needs:-

Amazon.co.uk: data cabinets

As for the phone points to each data point, that is possible but you will need the advise of the BT engineer.
