what cert do you guys use for straight like for like maintenance replacements. eg broken light, socket etc. mo new circuits, cable etc.
I tend to just measure Zs and Insulation resistance L&N to E and write it on the invoice. More to prove all was good when I left than anything else. Am sometimes tempted to fill in a minor works cert even though it is not minor works.
