Domestic single phase TN-S

Tails to the d/b are 25mm but the earth is 10mm.

I see table 54.7 in the BGB says that 16mm would be needed but would this be C2 or C3?
 
read 543.1.4 first. if you decide to use the adiabatic and then find that 10mm is adequate... no code. table 54.7 is used as a rule of thumb if you don't want to go to the trouble of calculating the csa ( 543.1.3 ). if adiabatic fails the 10mm, then a code 3. IMO.
