what do i need to do to become a qualified electrician?

hi all.
new here and wanting some good advice.
im wanting to become a qualified electrician and currantly only have my 17th edition.
i have years of experience and knowledge in the electrical field but have nothing other than my 17th edition.
can any of you offer any advice?

Yes they are, I had them brayed into me as a child by Mr Coates, Mrs Jameson, Mr Scurr and Mrs Donaldson. All horrible, violent child abusers imho.
Is it really worth getting annoyed over though?

I know you pointed that out. I'd responded to that post. So I'm not sure what point you're making (ending without a full stop - I would have pointed out if I was a tw4t, maybe?).

Can i simplify this. You used to have to have the level 3 nvq. Now i'm not sure you can do it on its own. They changed the rules.
