What do I need?

I am just wondering what accreditation and Training I would need if I was to look at installing and maintaining:

1. Fire Alarms
2. Burglar Alarms
3. CCTV systems

I will have NAPIT at the end of March (at the latest). I have had a look on the internet but cant find anything.


Im not saying that I am going to be going into this area, but its worth looking into

To install fire alarms and maintain them, most companies recognise BAFE as being the accredited trade body to join or the fia (fire industry association) BAFE offer training and advise if you need it.
For intruder alarms and cctv you can go for NACOSS or SSAIB certification. both offer advice on what you would need training wise. hope this helps.
