Been reading through threads and just wanted to know what the following mean?

Electrical Trainee= 5 week wonder-a bit of a derogatory term for one who has undergone fast track training and perhaps does not have the skill level of a traditionally apprenticeship trained person.
OP=Original poster or opening post
It should be noted that many who fall into the Electrical Trainee category do have a high degree of skill though

It should also be noted that many who fall into the traditional apprenticeship category DO NOT have a high degree of skill.
