my install is a booster set, only one pump runs at a time, the other is redundancy, and they work on rotation. the rest of the treatment works is unused for some reason. a waste

lovely. I have done similar runs in tray, but have always relied on cuts for the internal bends. What/how did you achieve those internal bends with? They look great and seem to have a greater inherent strength.

usiong a set of grips, pinch the lip on the tray, and bend it outwards. copy this on the opposite side. then next to the bend outwards, you bend inwards. copy on the other side. keep repeating.
the hardes bit is how to measure how much you need to allow for the bend. i usually work to 290 mm from the start of the bend to back of bend. i can make this more if the cable is particularly large, or i can make it slightly tighter, if i have obstacles.

well, what you cant tell in pic 10, is that there was an old booster set, sat right in front of the upright tray. (that was there already, and is the main feed to the building).
thats why the cable had to jump in the duct like it did.
the only part of the install that is mine, in pic 9, is the higher level tray, and the cables on it. the mains into the isloator at the bottom of the pic is existing, and not in my remit to touch, although id quite enjoy refitting the whole treatment works.
