Thought id share a recent eicr find with you.

An outside board controlling lamposts/flood lights, and yes the door is shut as fully as it will.

The building is an events place, weddings ect. It was rebuilt after a fire 10 or so years ago and has had many alterations since, all done by the previous owners brother who is apparently a spark but also enjoys a drink.

I started a thread last week about the same place, it was about the db inside the building which was in a similar state. a couple of pics of it below.

Board covers dont need ALL their screws do they?

This db is in the main kitchen, and was cleaner than the kitchen itself.

Gawd almighty !!!

I've got 5 steel lampposts in front of our office block with car park floodlights and cctv cameras on them and supply has just been changed from TN-S to PME.

Spent some time today looking into the do's and dont's of my situation then saw those photos and realised I don't have any problems lol.
