Doing a cable calc for college and need to know the ambient temperature of this circuit - Supplied from a board inside where the ambient temp is stated as 25°C and then the cable run is outside- SWA clipped direct to feed a little 4-way board in a new summerhouse.
My answer to this and what I think is right but not completely sure would be that the ambient temperature for this circuit is 30°C as in appendix 4 of the regs - 2.1 Ambient temperature it states " For non-sheathed and sheathed cables in air, irrespective to of the installation method: 30°C"
I'm I right in thinking this just wanted to run it by the forum before I resubmit my work
