What is the Ka rating of a Wylex NB Type 2 circuit breaker ?

Is it the sam as the new ones ie 6000

Also forgot to ask I am doing a PIR on one of these boards and I am getting a reading to earth via the neutral side of the 100A isollatorWylex 1216 5419 is this correct or is it meant to be single pole
