been thinking about punting the car for a while now. got a wee bmw but to be honest, its doing my head in! too much money for what i can only see as paying for the badge

soooo....thinking about trading it in and getting a small van. want something that i could still use for throwing the tools in and also got a rottweiler so that lump would have to be able to fit in the back too. seen a few astravans, the new sort of version but heard there a bit of a pain cos everything rolls to the back forcing you to crawl about for things.

also, dont want to pay more than 8 grand so would have to be second hand

cheers for your help:)

we use the peugeot partners at the moment which look ok and arn't to bad to drive but the locks are cr#p on it and go funny all the time and my mates who have other peugeot vans keys open my bloody van i'd go for a vw caddy my mate's just replaced his old one and never had a problem with it or there's alway the ford connect which seem to be good

yea ive heard the caddys are good but are they not a bit expensive? although i suppose it'd be worth the extra cash if it was reliable and didn't give you any hassle, got to live with it everyday
