about 10 yrs ago I had the job of rewiring a bungalow relatively easy ,it had a massive hole under the floorboards that went the entire length of the bungalow ,so sockets are being drilled down and young un crawling under with a lamp pulling and pushing .
well when he was under he started shouting its full of ants on the beams so I said you had better hurry up then , then their came a time while still under that he freaked out ants everywhere so I started jumping on the floor above to dislodge them and land on him hahhahahaha ran out like a girl and would not go back ,backfired I had to do it hahahhaha

the best one for me is when I went to a customers property where the rats had beaten through the cable & rat sh&& every where you name it was there ,so I cut the floor boards up ,then put the torch down , I stood up ,and right behind me was the customer in army gear , I looked at him you got no chance on me going down there .
customers says to me I will go down ,ok , but if you find any thing let me know ,so the customer goes down the hole .I said to the his wife have you got a broom stick ,yes she says ,now customers under floor boards him clawing under ,so I takes the broom stick just in case the rats popped up ,me like the pied piper waiting for the rats and all of a sudden I gave the floor a good crack ,you should have seen the customer jumping out of the hole, it was like a rat running up a drain pipe , poor sod you should have seen is face & covered the rat sh&&.

Working in a House where two men lived together as a couple, PC wasn't around in those days daren't do the same today, they would always bring cups of Tea around about 10 in the morning wearing little French Maid type apron's, nice Blokes, but oh did we take the rise. took well to give them their due.
