What Panels are you guys using now?

I've been maybe a bit blaze with only using SEGEN as a supplier but get pretty sick of all the emails with the cheap Chinese stuff.

Did have a peek at PVkits direct who seem to love ET Solar.

Any of you guys found a good panel cheap yet?

I use Segen and a couple of other wholesalers but can't really beat segen once you've taken their service into account. I can buy 2p/w cheaper than they sell for but I don't think it's worth the hassle of starting afresh with anyone else unless there's a huge difference. We buy Upsolar if we're doing cheap Chinese.

depends on the discount band, and the free delivery on pallets helps.

As Gavin says, it depends on the discount band. They've been pretty shrewd because they keep you coming back because they are cheap. I can buy cheaper elsewhere but only slightly cheaper and to be honest the service is abysmal - I'd rather know my delivery is arriving when I've asked it to than have to wait, crossing my fingers to see if it arrives.

Bought a pallet of LDK's off them for a couple of jobs last week. LDK's seem fair for a cheap panel.

Never brought pallets before- always just ordered what I needed lol

Might be time to just settle on a couple of different manufacturers and stick with that

We keep thinking about doing that but it's our flexibility that our customers like. We provide 2 sometimes 3 options and let the customer chose which is best for them.
