On a lighting circuit a twin and earth (red and black) but the live conductors had 3 cores each - each looked as if it was probs less than 1mm and the earth was a single core about 1mm, maybe a bit bigger

Agree with Sintra old 3/029 used mainly for lighting it was around when i started my training some 40 years ago.

So if i'm reading that correctly it is equivalent to just 1.5mm/1mm (live/cpc)
