What system is this?

Went round my sisters place to have a look at her new heating system.
Boiler, hot water tank, nothing special and then I looked in the cupboard and saw this.

I'm guessing those yellow things are valves so does that make this system an S plan?
I thought most systems were Y plan these days.

Any thoughts?

I hate to say it but the plumber did a nicer job than the sparky (assuming they weren't one and the same)

Usual as the plumber has used a bronze pump which are three as expensive. Do you have a pick of the full cylinder

I shall get more pictures when I can.
The cylinder is a tall and skinny one and the boiler is a Worcester.

The building company that did it was a family concern, one son a plumber, another a sparky etc.

Y plan when used is hot water priority,s plan better,is there a fault on the wiring?

No fault, I'm just used to seeing Y plan and not S plan.

Everything works Ok as far as I know.

Y plan is just a mid position valve.
