just finishing of a rewire and ready to fill in the eic cert, at the moment the supply as 60A with 16mm tails from head to meter, the dno are coming out to replace it all due to bitchumen leaking from head but they said it might take up 6 weeks, so do I have to put on the eic what it as now and after they have been do another 1 with the the new details on, the guy who came out to look at it today said they will be putting in 100A cheers

You can only put down what it is at the time you did your testing and produced the cert. It doesn't matter that the supply is going to be changed, the fact is that it hasn't changed yet. In some cases, the supply could be changed just after you've done your bit, and you may not even be aware of it!
