What do I put down on the EIC on “Type BS EN” field for an RCD WRS80/2, is it Type AC? Thanks!

The BS EN will be 61008 and the type will be AC.

They types are -

A = Protection against AC earth fault currents containing pulsating DC components
B = Protection against DC earth fault currents
AC = Protection against AC earth fault currents
S = Delayed

Where is this field? Do you mean on the schedule of test results? If so, the BS EN field is for overcurrent device, not RCD!
If being used as a main switch, then just put down BSEN 61008-1. The RCD "type" is irrelevant, just put a dash!

There is also an RCD section on the SOTR, well there is on the BS 7671-2008 example forms.

Thanks Westward, and that last paragraph with the Note about no characteristic marking is exactly what I needed to see.
