What type of Solder Paste should I use on small IC,s?

Hi what type of Solder Paste should I use when working with small IC,s.

I want something that is lead free.

I,ve seen these advertised at Screwfix http://www.*************/p/powerflow-lead-free-solder-flux-paste-100g/16396#

(Replace the ****** with screfix .com)

Would I need to buy a syringe to dispense it after?

Can't say what type as mine is off shelf where I work but can tell you that all you will find is lead free.
