hi guys,

if i had a main bulding (sort of sub station) and then approx 7 other buildings to be power from here all with like either 100a or 200a depending on what the ywill be used for then what would be a suitable distubution system between the main distrubution panel and each of the distrubution boards? also why?

thanks

There seems to be more and more basic homework questions being asked on here. It is bad enough they are on a course that will ill equip them to carry out more than changing a plug, but the homework should be being used to reinforce their learning. Getting answers on her will not help them at all.

Its a long answer, i think it really depends what stage you are at to answer a question on mid to final distribution. Problem with these types of questions is that the real world answer is long and full of dependancies. If this is a basic level course your tutor might be expecting something more tuned to what you have to date been taught.

What type of environment is it? Are there restrictions preventing certain types of wiring systems? What will be the most cost effective solution? What is your responsibility? Speccing equipment, or complete design, or just very basic idea?
