More than likely it's their domain registrar using the Authority ranking on that domain to harvest adds.

I would imagine it's a monthly thing, changing it every month to make people still think they have to rush to install a solar system

I'm tempted to get back on adwords but the costs can be astronomical if you let it run away.

the problem with ad words is that installers are clicking away just to see what other are doing.
Last year was ok as every one was busy doing thier own thing and now people are always looking at the comp.

then you have all the lead generators taking all the customers for three - six leads then selling them on .....

hard to call the ad words game spent a fortune on it last year but it returned with work in the bag ....now it wont return nothing .....
