When is 2330 level 3 being scrapped?

I finished my level 2 this summer but cannot afford to do the level 3 as the government has cut off funding from what i've read and I don't think work will let me have the time off do attend college. I heard the 2330 is being scrapped and rolled into one at some point so am wondering if I'd be able to do the level 3 next year instead of having to do the whole level 2 thing again.

All I can see is the end of July next year. Does that mean to enroll or when the course is actually finishing? If finishing them I'm doomed
Do you know anything about the funding side of it? Haven't really got a grand to splash on a course I could easily fail.

you have till next jully to apply, if you allready have level2 you can still do level3 after that i believe
