Where to find electrical designers

Having had a change of circumstances the company I work for are now looking to subcontract some electrical design works. Does anyone know of where to start? We're not in a position to take on a full time designer (or even a regular part timer for that matter) - presumably there are agencies out there that can undertake works on an hourly / daily / weekly basis as and when needed? I've tried the IET but they don't appear to have a way of searching for either individuals or companies who are members. Any ideas?

For some strange reason if you Google anything with electrical in the title it comes up with thousands (and I really do mean thousands) of agencies looking for staff. As soon as you try changing the wording to M&E, bingo! Thanks Peter!

What type of installations are they carrying out, domestic, industrial, commercial?

Are they big instal's ?

It's PV - a mix ranging from 50 kWp up to 120 kWp. We also have a few bigger jobs in the pipeline for 2014. If you know anyone who may be interested (or if you are) please drop me a line.
