Where to note high end to end on CPC

After doing an EICR yesterday, I measured an higher than expected end to end on a ring final.

Where an the report do others mention this. Can't see any specific tick or comment box for it.

Put it into the respective end to end box on the test results sheet and note on the back is what I normally do mate

The figure is in the test results, but have put it on the observations page and coded as required.
