I've just started out recently and now need to get all my kit together, one of which is some certificates. I have completed my NAPIT assessment and these guys sell certs, seperately and as bundles. It looks a bit vague as to what is included in the seperate certificates and the bundle seems like i won't use some of what they provide.

Is anyone using these or could anyone point me in the direction as to what i'd need? I will be doing new installs and EICRs.

I know the EIC have them for free but i thought it'd look a bit more professional if i use a coloured headed certificate. I also want to stay away from computer packages too.

Any help appreciated.

I use Elecsa forms. Ring Napit and find out more details the buy what you want. You will probably get by with a pad of EIC shortforms, one signature, a pad of minor works and a pad of EICR forms to start.

You can buy which certificates you need from the wholesalers as well.

I personally just downloaded the free IET ones, and print off what I need as required.

If you are good with spreadsheets why not make your own. Just make sure as a minimum you get all the required fields as per the IET model forms, After that you can add more or less what you want on them.

Cheers............Howard

Wholesalers sell most ones that you'll need thought nap it might have given you a bit of a starter pack or dosnt that happen anymore sure the niceic gave me some when I was on my own few years back
