Which mounting rail do you suggest - please

I have just made up frames for my groundmount for 16 suntech 190's , manufactured out of galvanised box section, the space between each frame is 1.8m , all connected together with a support beam, which rail type would you suggest that will be robust enough to support the panels between frames and a suitable fixing method to attach rail to frames.
