Which Multi Tester

Hi All

Before I spend some serious money on a Multi Tester I would appreciate some feedback on the two models I have narrowed the search down too. I have been using the Megger MFT1552 and am generally pleased with the ease of use, so this is currently my favoured option although the Kewtech KT64 has also been recommended.

I have no personnal experience with the Kewtech but I don't wish to dismiss it without looking into it's useability.

Have to agrre, i've also got hte Megger 1552 and can't fault it. So simple and easy to use and its robust.

I like the Fluke 1653.

We used the Megger 1552 at college and it's another fine piece kit.

I use a megger mft1552 a good pece of kit easy to use i would recomend it to any one looking for a good multi function tester

I use kewtech's & Alto's ! will also get the megger 1553 site to play with looks ok ! still pref ALTO ! if you can afford them that is ! i got the Alto AL4588 loop free and WF electrical sell them for £600 bit dear but well worth every penny ! go try one.

Does anyone have an opinion on the di-log 9083p multi tester?? I need to purchase a tester and these seem cheap but maybe there is a reason why?

Over the years Ive tried lots of different testers mate and now the only one I would consider would be the Megger 1552.
